Kitesurf, Kiteboard or Flysurf are synonymous of wind search, entertainment and is in Los Roques where you will find ideal conditions to practice it year round: steadfast winds and a huge beauty of the landscape increases the enchantment of this novel sport.

Crasqui and Francisqui are some of the preferred islands of the Archipelago, at the first one wind direction is off-shore and in the second one side on-Shore, but both are equally spectacular to kitesurf in their transparent waters and depopulated beaches.

At the beginning of this year, Los Roques welcomed 1st. National Kitesurf Competition with national competitors and international guests. On the other hand, although kitesurf in the Archipelago is more recommendable for intermediate and advanced rank there’s a chance to take amateur courses.
